Can Deposit Balance be withdrawn?
Deposit Balance is used for plan activation, task uploads, campaign funding, and other platform activities. Withdrawals are made from Task Balance and Affiliate Balance.
Why was my task reward not credited immediately?
Task rewards are credited from your active plan when you open an active task, as long as you have not completed that same task before.
Why did my referral not count?
A referral may remain pending if the referred user has not activated yet. It may also be rejected if suspicious activity is detected, such as duplicate accounts, self-referral, repeated details, or fake payment attempts.
